As the key provider to early stage funding for technology startups, we will always ensure that our business transactions, dealings and relationship is conducted with transparency, professionally and fairly.
Our Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy represents Cradle’s commitment in zero-tolerance towards bribery and corruption. With this, Cradle resolves to comply with the laws and regulations of Malaysia including (but are not limited to) the Malaysian Penal Code (revised 1977) and its amendments, the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission Act 2009 and its amendments, the Companies Act 2016 and Anti Money Laundering, Anti-Terrorism Financing and Proceeds of Unlawful Activities Act (AMLATFAPUA) 2001.
Members of the public and employees are required to report any suspicions on breaches of the Policy in accordance to the Whistleblowing Policy through the appropriate channel provided.
Cradle Management, Employees and Immediate Family Members are prohibited from directly or indirectly asking, receiving or providing, offering gift(s) from Programme participants (including recipients), consultants, partners, suppliers and any other third parties for the receiver’s personal benefit or business benefits which is related to Cradle.
